1. Using the site

The lectures set out, in good faith, how Perplexity tended to retrieve, compress and cite source evidence at the time of writing. Each describes observed answer behavior, not legal, regulatory or commercial advice, and not a verdict on any business. They do not promise rankings, guaranteed citations or privileged access to a model. Decisions you make from the material are your own.

Bulk scraping of the lectures and republishing long passages without credit are not allowed. Linking and short quotation with a named source are welcome.

2. The contact form

Sending the form is not an offer, a contract or a promise on either side. It is simply a tidy way to pass along context. A reply comes when the question can be answered usefully; submitting the form creates no right to a particular answer or a fixed response time.

A question may go unanswered if it falls well outside the course’s subject or if there is no time to give it a proper reply. That is never a judgement on you or on the client you describe.

3. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for use of this free material is limited. The lectures describe AI behavior, which shifts with model updates, platform policy, the wording of a query and time; nothing here guarantees whether or how any system will cite or describe a particular business. Liability is not excluded for intent, fraud or gross negligence, or wherever the law forbids exclusion.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the site is hosted, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms change as the course evolves. The "Updated" date at the top marks the version in force.
